Crystal Worl is a Tlingit and Athabascan visual artist and jeweler. Her works simultaneously seek to bring awareness to Native American cultures and serve as a vehicle for her personal exploration of her relationship with the land and her heritage. All her materials and dyes are locally sourced and harvested from Alaska, modernizing traditional Tlingit formline designs and Athabascan beadwork in her craft. On top of her work as an artist, Worl is a professional aerialist who has toured around Alaska in recent years.

"Untitled Cuff Bracelet"

Worl consistently honors traditional Tlingit formline designs in her jewelry, this cuff being a prime example with the carvings on the silver band.

"Alder Wood Earrings - Killer Whales"

These earrings similarly depict traditional Tlingit formline designs, the killer wales carved into the Alaskan wood and dyed with local blueberries.

"Untitled Necklace"

Hand-woven and with metal shaped by Worl, the necklace once again highlights her dedication to bringing attention to the traditional Tlingit culture and art though the formline face that is at the center of the necklace.
